The resistance can be continuously and accurately adjusted with a manual dial, according to the user's needs.

Training App - Bluetooth connection

The training aid tablet can be easily placed in the practical holder. It stands securely and clearly in the required position, showing all data to the user. The NOHRD Bike application is available for Android and iOS systems and provides direct information about the user's training via a Bluetooth connection.

Training & work

The handlebar/armrest can be turned by the user with an easy movement, so the NOHRD Bike requires minimal space. Completed with the optional laptop holder, it becomes a perfect workstation. The height of the steering wheel/armrest is easily adjustable.

" Using the NOHRD Bike is a great experience, it absolutely lived up to the expectations! I chose it primarily because it is a very stable, solid construction and I could adjust the seat height well to my almost 2 meter height. This cannot be said about all exercise bikes.
