Butterfly element

The biggest advantage of the SlimBeam is the butterfly element, which enables one- and two-sided training, is adjustable in height and can be rotated. The plastic-coated pull ropes run smoothly over the ball-bearing rollers, which enables the best possible training effect.



Rubberized weights

Rubberized and noiseless weights

14 5 kg weights plus a 5 kg guide weight are built into the SlimBeam. Each weight is individually rubberized to reduce noise. The matt black oval weights fit perfectly into the wooden casing.




Saves space

With the dimensions of 215 cm high, 40 cm wide and 20 cm long, the SlimBeam cable puller fits perfectly even in the living room. A distance of 10 cm from the wall is required for fixing; so a total of less than a quarter of a square meter of floor space is sufficient for it.
When placing the machine, also take into account the space required for the use of the ropes. It is 4 meters for a double pull, and 8 meters for a single pull.

Interactive training application

SlimBeam can be expanded with an electronic accessory.

The SlimBeam monitor connects to the side of the SlimBeam and collects information via a USB cable. The 7-inch display can be controlled via a touch screen. Thanks to the electronics inside the SlimBeam, the recorded training data is transferred to the monitor and displayed clearly.

Muscle, why bother with it?
Weight training is more than just an option; the only reliable option to compensate and recover muscle tissue degradation. Here, the emphasis is less on the visibility of trained muscles, and more on the balance between body fat and body muscle. It is essential to your metabolism how close your muscles are to peak muscle condition (which was when you were young) because your body has saved this ideal state. You need this muscle-to-muscle ratio to burn fat properly, because fat burning occurs in muscle tissue. Don't be fooled by weight measurements, you may weigh the same as you did 20 years ago, but you may have lost a lot of muscle, which has been replaced by fat.
From the age of 30, if people don't do sports or strengthen themselves, they build up approximately 3-5% of muscle tissue per year as a natural part of life.

The maximum weight on the body is 12.5 kg (single pull) and 25 kg (double pull), this can be achieved through 15 steps, which means a subtle and harmonious increase in weight and yet you will feel so much weight that you wish you had less would have chosen. In addition, you can change the gear ratio to further increase the maximum resistance.
