The ELASKO method from England is a dynamic stretching technique. During its application, we not only stretch the body, but also strengthen and increase muscle tone by using our internal energies. During the exercises, the joints, body and mind relax.

The NOHRD Elasko stretching bench - developed specifically for this technique in Germany - takes this method to a new level. The bars placed at different heights and the side handrails allow us to try new positions during the stretches.
NOHRD Elasko can be used for any level of fitness and flexibility. A small range of motion or low fitness is not an obstacle.
